Are you a French or Spanish student considering taking out a loan under the Erasmus+ Master Loan Guarantee Scheme? UCC is a great place to invest in your postgraduate qualification.
http://ec.europa.eu/education/opportunities/higher-education/masters-loans_en.htm

What are Erasmus+ Master Loans?

Erasmus+ Master Loans allow students from participating programme countries to apply for financial support to do a master's degree abroad. Loans will be offered by participating banks and student loan agencies on favourable conditions to mobile students, including better than market interest rates and up to two years to allow graduates to get into a job before beginning repayment.

Can you apply?

Higher education students who have been accepted for a full master's course in another Erasmus+ programme country can apply for a loan to contribute to their costs. Ireland is a programme country. This means French or Spanish students can come and study a master’s degree in Ireland and Irish students can study a master’s degree in France or Spain under this loan scheme. The application process for UCC is available here.

Your destination country must be different from your country of residence, and from that where you obtained your Bachelor's degree.

What can I study?

A master's degree (or equivalent) full course that will lead to a degree.
